About erasure
An erasure request is not an instruction to destroy every record immediately. HORE may need to retain limited records where required by law, to establish/exercise/defend legal claims, resolve an active dispute, prevent fraud or meet security/accounting obligations. HORE should explain any material exception that applies to your request.
