Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HORE customer website, mobile application and related customer-facing services operated by Your registered company legal name ("HORE", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating a HORE account, logging in, submitting a property enquiry, listing a property, contacting a Realtor or otherwise using an authenticated HORE feature, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge HORE's Privacy Policy and other policies applicable to the feature you use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not create an account or use authenticated HORE services.
1. About HORE
HORE is a technology-enabled real-estate discovery and connection platform.
Depending on the feature available to you, HORE may enable customers to:
- discover and search properties;
- view property and project information;
- save or compare properties;
- submit property enquiries;
- connect with HORE-listed Realtors;
- request a different Realtor;
- communicate through HORE chat;
- request or coordinate property site visits;
- track parts of a property journey;
- submit an owned property through Sell Property;
- receive Realtor interest in a seller request;
- select a Realtor for a seller-property workflow;
- upload property photographs and videos;
- receive notifications and property-related updates;
- use AI-enabled assistance where available; and
- use other property-related services introduced by HORE.
2. HORE is generally a platform, not the property seller
Unless HORE expressly states otherwise for a specific service or transaction, HORE is not the owner, seller, promoter, developer, landlord, purchaser, lender, title insurer, architect, engineer, surveyor, valuer, advocate, tax adviser or government authority in relation to properties displayed on the platform.
HORE generally facilitates discovery, communication and workflow between independent parties.
A property transaction, lease, booking, brokerage arrangement, loan or other agreement entered into between you and a developer, seller, owner, Realtor, lender or another third party remains an arrangement between the relevant parties unless HORE expressly becomes a party to that agreement in writing.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create and operate a HORE customer account.
You must also have the legal capacity and authority necessary for any property enquiry, seller submission, agreement or transaction you choose to undertake.
If you act for another person or entity, you are responsible for ensuring that you have lawful authority to do so.
4. Your HORE account
You must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading.
You are responsible for maintaining control of the mobile number, device and authentication method associated with your account.
You must not:
- create an account using another person's identity without authority;
- impersonate another individual or organisation;
- sell, transfer or rent your HORE account;
- share authentication credentials in a manner that compromises security;
- request or use another person's OTP without authority; or
- knowingly provide false account information.
Notify HORE if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Electronic acceptance and communications
You agree that actions taken electronically through HORE — including account registration, enquiry submission, Realtor selection, privacy choices and service requests — may be recorded electronically.
HORE may send service-related communications through available channels such as in-app notifications, push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp or another communication method associated with your account.
Transactional and security communications may continue even where you have opted out of optional marketing communication.
6. Property information
Property information displayed on HORE may originate from developers, promoters, Realtors, owners, sellers, public sources or other permitted sources.
This information may include:
- property descriptions;
- prices;
- availability;
- photographs and videos;
- floor plans;
- property area;
- amenities;
- project specifications;
- possession information;
- RERA information;
- location information; and
- other property-related material.
Information may change and may not always reflect the latest status immediately.
You should independently confirm material information before making a booking, payment or legally binding commitment.
7. HORE verification and badges
HORE may perform selected verification or platform checks relating to a property, project, Realtor, seller, profile, document or other information.
A badge or status such as Verified, Checked, Checked & Approved, HORE-listed or similar wording means only the checks described for that specific HORE feature.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such status is not:
- a legal title certificate;
- a complete due-diligence report;
- a structural certificate;
- a valuation report;
- a guarantee of RERA compliance;
- a guarantee against litigation or encumbrance;
- a guarantee of construction quality;
- a guarantee of loan approval;
- a guarantee of investment return; or
- a guarantee that a transaction will complete.
See HORE's Real Estate & Verification Disclaimer for additional information.
8. RERA and regulatory information
Real-estate projects, promoters and real-estate agents may be subject to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and rules or regulations applicable in the relevant State or Union Territory.
Where a RERA registration number or regulatory detail is displayed on HORE, you should independently verify it through the relevant official authority.
HORE displaying a registration number does not replace the records or determination of the competent Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
9. Realtors are generally independent
Unless HORE expressly identifies a different relationship, a HORE-listed Realtor acts as an independent professional or business and is not an employee, legal representative or authorised financial agent of HORE.
HORE does not automatically adopt or guarantee every representation, opinion, valuation, promise or commitment made by a Realtor.
Customers should independently verify applicable Realtor credentials, registration, authority and payment instructions before relying on them for a material transaction.
10. Property enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, HORE may create a property journey or lead associated with your customer account.
Relevant information may be made available to an eligible or assigned Realtor and, where necessary for the requested service, the relevant developer or project team.
Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee:
- availability of a particular property;
- acceptance by a particular Realtor;
- a particular response time;
- a particular price;
- a confirmed site visit;
- loan approval; or
- completion of a transaction.
11. Realtor allocation
HORE may use platform rules and automated or manual signals to determine which eligible Realtor or group of Realtors receives an opportunity to respond to an enquiry.
These signals may include:
- service area;
- property or project relevance;
- availability;
- HORE badge or service status;
- response behaviour;
- platform performance indicators;
- customer requirements; and
- other operational criteria.
HORE may change allocation logic over time to improve service, fairness, security or platform operation.
Operational allocation rules shown directly in the application at the relevant time will apply to that workflow.
12. Changing your Realtor
HORE may allow a customer to request another Realtor for the same enquiry.
A change request may be subject to eligibility, availability, platform rules, security checks and abuse-prevention measures.
Relevant property-journey information may be transferred to the new Realtor where necessary to continue the enquiry.
Changing a Realtor through HORE does not automatically cancel a separate brokerage or contractual arrangement entered into outside HORE.
13. Sell Property eligibility
When you submit a property through Sell Property, you represent that you are the owner or are otherwise lawfully authorised to submit the property and provide the information and media supplied to HORE.
You must not submit a property that you know you have no authority to sell, market or represent.
14. Sell Property workflow
Submission through Sell Property does not immediately create a public property listing.
HORE may route the request to eligible Realtors based on platform criteria such as service area, eligibility, availability, badge or performance signals.
A Realtor may accept or reject the opportunity.
Realtors who accept may be presented to the property owner through HORE's selection flow.
The owner may then select a Realtor to continue the relevant inspection or listing process.
HORE may limit a seller workflow to one active selected Realtor at a time where that is how the feature is configured.
15. Information shared during Sell Property
Before final Realtor selection, HORE may show eligible Realtors information reasonably required to evaluate the seller request, including:
- general property details;
- property type;
- locality;
- expected price;
- property photographs;
- property video; and
- other appropriate listing information.
HORE intends to restrict sensitive owner information such as the exact inspection address and direct owner contact details until the workflow requires disclosure to the selected Realtor.
16. Property inspection
A selected Realtor may inspect a seller-submitted property and record information through HORE's inspection workflow.
A status such as "Checked", "Checked & Approved" or similar indicates completion of the applicable HORE workflow only.
It does not automatically constitute legal-title verification, structural certification, government approval, valuation or any other professional certificate.
HORE may allow a seller to correct and resubmit information where the inspection identifies an issue that can be corrected within the platform workflow.
17. Publication of seller properties
HORE may refuse, delay, restrict, correct or remove a seller property where:
- required information is incomplete;
- verification or inspection is incomplete;
- information appears false or misleading;
- media appears unauthorised;
- the property appears duplicated;
- there is a reasonable fraud or security concern;
- a legal or regulatory concern exists; or
- the submission materially violates HORE's policies.
HORE is not required to publish every property submitted to the platform.
18. Your property content
You remain responsible for information, photographs, videos, descriptions and other material you submit to HORE.
You represent that:
- the information is not knowingly false or misleading;
- you have permission to provide it;
- you have the necessary rights to uploaded media;
- the content does not unlawfully violate another person's rights;
- the content does not contain malicious software; and
- the content complies with applicable law.
19. Licence to content you upload
You retain ownership of content that belongs to you.
By submitting content to HORE, you grant HORE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence for the period reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, resize, transcode, display, communicate and otherwise technically use that content for:
- operating the HORE service;
- processing the seller workflow;
- displaying an authorised property listing;
- providing property discovery;
- moderation and security;
- support and dispute resolution; and
- other purposes you authorise through the relevant HORE feature.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to HORE.
20. HORE chat
HORE may provide in-platform messaging between customers, Realtors or other permitted participants.
Messages may be stored and may be reviewed where reasonably necessary for service operation, customer support, fraud prevention, safety, abuse investigation or dispute resolution.
Do not use HORE chat to send passwords, banking PINs, private keys, unnecessary identity documents or unlawful content.
21. Telephone and WhatsApp calls
HORE does not record ordinary telephone or WhatsApp voice calls by default merely because the parties connected through HORE.
If HORE later introduces call recording, transcription or automated call-analysis features, additional notice and any consent required by applicable law should be provided before the relevant recording or processing begins.
22. AI-enabled features
HORE may provide AI-enabled assistance, summaries, suggestions or other generated information.
AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions or outdated information.
AI output must not be treated as:
- legal advice;
- tax advice;
- investment advice;
- financial advice;
- a property valuation;
- a title report;
- a structural assessment;
- RERA confirmation; or
- a guarantee concerning a property transaction.
23. Site visits
A site-visit request made through HORE is a coordination request.
Visits remain subject to confirmation, property access, availability, project rules, Realtor availability, developer arrangements and reasonable safety considerations.
An unconfirmed request must not be treated as a guaranteed appointment.
24. Search ranking and recommendations
HORE may rank, recommend or organise properties and Realtors using factors such as relevance, customer preferences, locality, property attributes, availability, service performance, platform status, commercial arrangements or other signals.
Ranking or recommendation is a discovery tool. It is not a legal or financial endorsement.
25. Featured and promoted listings
HORE may provide increased visibility to a property, project or other listing through featured, promoted, sponsored or similar placement.
Commercial placement does not mean that HORE guarantees the legal title, regulatory status, value, construction quality, investment return or suitability of the property.
Where required, commercial or sponsored treatment should be identified appropriately.
26. Property payments
Independently verify:
- the identity of the payment recipient;
- the recipient's authority;
- the beneficiary bank-account name;
- applicable project/RERA information;
- the written payment terms;
- cancellation and refund conditions; and
- the relevant property documentation.
Unless HORE expressly identifies itself as the merchant or recipient, money paid directly to a developer, seller, owner, Realtor or another third party is not money held by HORE.
27. HORE-paid services
If HORE introduces a paid customer service, the applicable price, merchant identity, taxes or charges, cancellation conditions and refund rules should be displayed before the customer authorises payment.
Transaction-specific checkout terms may supplement these Terms for that particular service.
28. Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling a HORE enquiry, site visit, Realtor connection or seller request does not automatically cancel a separate contract or payment entered into with a developer, seller, Realtor or other third party.
HORE's detailed payment and refund rules should be read together with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms removes a refund or remedy that must be provided under applicable law.
29. Third-party services
HORE may provide links, integrations or actions involving independent third-party services such as:
- WhatsApp;
- mapping services;
- payment providers;
- banks or lenders;
- developer websites;
- external regulatory portals; or
- other service providers.
HORE does not control every aspect of an independent third-party service and that provider's own terms may apply when you use it.
30. Acceptable use
You must not use HORE to:
- commit or facilitate fraud;
- impersonate another person;
- submit knowingly false property information;
- submit forged or manipulated documents;
- market property without sufficient authority;
- harass, threaten or abuse another user or Realtor;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk communication;
- misuse personal contact information obtained through HORE;
- discriminate unlawfully;
- upload unlawful, defamatory or infringing material;
- facilitate money laundering or another unlawful financial activity;
- obtain OTPs or credentials by deception;
- circumvent account restrictions;
- misrepresent an affiliation with HORE; or
- use the platform for another unlawful purpose.
31. Technical misuse
You must not:
- attempt to bypass HORE security controls;
- access another person's account without authority;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- perform unauthorised penetration testing;
- overload or disrupt HORE infrastructure;
- reverse engineer HORE software except where law expressly permits it;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract platform content or personal information without permission; or
- use automated bots in a manner that interferes with HORE or violates applicable law.
32. HORE intellectual property
The HORE name, logos, software, source code, application design, interface, original graphics, text, databases and other original HORE materials may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of HORE intellectual property to you.
You may use HORE only for the lawful personal or business purpose for which access is provided.
33. Third-party intellectual property
Property photographs, project logos, plans, videos and other material may belong to developers, Realtors, owners or other third parties.
Their appearance on HORE does not transfer ownership to you.
If you believe content on HORE infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact HORE with sufficient information to identify and assess the material.
34. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback about HORE, HORE may use that feedback to improve its services without an obligation to pay compensation, provided HORE does not thereby acquire ownership of your unrelated confidential information or intellectual property.
35. Privacy
HORE's processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy controls and statutory rights, where applicable, can be accessed through Privacy & Data Rights.
36. Service availability
HORE aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee that every feature will be continuously available without interruption, delay or error.
Service availability can be affected by:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- cloud or infrastructure failures;
- network outages;
- third-party service failures;
- security incidents;
- regulatory requirements;
- force-majeure events; or
- other circumstances outside reasonable control.
37. Changes to HORE features
HORE may improve, replace, add, restrict or discontinue features for legitimate operational, security, commercial or legal reasons.
Where a change materially affects a paid service or a legal right, HORE will provide notice or another remedy where required by applicable law or applicable transaction terms.
38. Suspension and restriction
HORE may reasonably restrict or suspend access where necessary to address:
- fraud or attempted fraud;
- account compromise;
- material violation of these Terms;
- harassment or serious abuse;
- false or misleading property submissions;
- unlawful activity;
- security threats;
- legal or regulatory requirements; or
- serious risk to other users or the platform.
Where appropriate and legally permissible, HORE may provide a reason for the restriction and a way to raise a grievance.
39. Account termination and deletion
You may request deletion of your HORE account through the available privacy/data-rights process.
Account closure does not necessarily require immediate deletion of information that HORE must or may lawfully retain for security, disputes, fraud prevention, compliance or another permitted purpose.
Account deletion may result in loss of saved properties, enquiry history, seller submissions, messages and other account-linked information.
40. Reporting suspicious or unlawful activity
You may report suspicious listings, false information, impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful content or misuse of HORE through the available support or grievance channel.
HORE may investigate and take proportionate action, including requesting evidence, correcting information, restricting content or restricting an account.
41. No property or investment guarantee
HORE does not guarantee:
- future property appreciation;
- rental yield;
- resale value;
- construction completion;
- possession timing;
- availability;
- loan approval;
- legal-title quality;
- a particular transaction outcome; or
- the accuracy of every independent third-party prediction.
Customers should obtain appropriate independent legal, financial, technical and tax advice before making significant real-estate decisions.
42. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HORE provides its platform and technology services on an "as available" basis and does not make warranties beyond those expressly stated by HORE or required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory guarantee, warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
43. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HORE is not responsible for losses caused solely by the independent acts, omissions or representations of developers, promoters, sellers, owners, Realtors, lenders or other third parties where HORE is not legally responsible for those acts.
HORE is also not responsible merely because a user independently chooses to act on property information that the user knew, or reasonably should have known, required independent verification.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or another liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this section restricts mandatory rights available to a consumer, allottee or other person under applicable law.
44. Your responsibility for unlawful misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss or claims resulting from your own unlawful use of HORE, fraudulent conduct, intentional infringement of another person's rights, or knowingly false property submissions.
This provision does not impose liability on a consumer where doing so would be prohibited or unfair under applicable law.
45. Force majeure and events outside reasonable control
HORE will not be treated as having guaranteed uninterrupted performance where service is prevented or materially affected by events outside its reasonable control, including major network failures, cloud-provider outages, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, cyberattack or widespread telecommunications failure.
This clause does not remove obligations that applicable law requires HORE to perform despite such circumstances.
46. Compliance with law
You must use HORE in accordance with applicable Indian law and other law applicable to your activity.
HORE may cooperate with valid legal or regulatory requirements and may preserve or disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law.
47. Consumer and RERA rights are preserved
These Terms do not waive or restrict a right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be waived.
Depending on the transaction, rights may arise under legislation including consumer-protection law, RERA, contract law, information-technology law, data-protection law and other applicable statutes.
Where mandatory law conflicts with these Terms, mandatory law will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
48. Grievances
If you have a complaint concerning HORE, an account restriction, platform content, a privacy matter or another HORE service issue, contact:
grievance@hore.in
Please provide enough information to identify and investigate the issue, but do not send passwords, UPI PINs, banking PINs or OTPs.
49. Third-party disputes
A dispute between you and a developer, seller, Realtor, landlord, lender or another third party may need to be resolved directly between those parties or through the appropriate statutory, contractual or judicial forum.
HORE may provide available platform records or assistance where appropriate, but such assistance does not automatically make HORE a party to the underlying dispute.
50. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India.
Any contractual jurisdiction provision relating to HORE remains subject to mandatory rights and forums available under consumer protection law, RERA and other applicable legislation.
51. No waiver
If HORE does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not automatically mean HORE permanently waives its right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver will apply only to the extent legally valid and intended in the circumstances.
52. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to operate to the extent legally possible.
The affected provision should be interpreted or limited only as much as necessary to make the Terms lawful and enforceable where permitted.
53. Assignment
You may not transfer your HORE account or contractual rights relating to personal account access to another person without permission.
HORE may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition or transfer of the HORE business, subject to applicable law and without reducing mandatory consumer rights.
54. Relationship between policies
These Terms should be read together with HORE's:
- Privacy Policy
- Real Estate & Verification Disclaimer
- Privacy & Data Rights
- Payments, Cancellation & Refunds Policy;
- Account & Data Deletion information; and
- any feature-specific terms shown before you use or purchase it.
For a specific paid transaction, clearly disclosed transaction-specific terms may supplement these general Terms.
55. Changes to these Terms
HORE may update these Terms when its services, technology, business model or legal obligations change.
The current version and last-updated date will be published through HORE.
Where required by applicable law, HORE will provide appropriate notice of a material change or obtain a new agreement before applying the change.
A change will not retroactively remove a statutory right that had already arisen.
